This is part of my Mind Shift Hypnotherapy approach, developed through my hypnotherapy studies, previous experience as a Life Coach, personal successes, and a deep belief in the power of the mind, which I believe is our greatest asset.

It’s a chance to experience a proven method I’ve been refining and discover what’s truly possible when you shift your mind from the inside out.

Why Hypnotherapy?

A Bit About Me
I've always been fascinated by the power of the mind. Over the years, that passion led me to work as a Life Coach, and Weight Loss Consultant. A few years ago, I completed my Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy Certification Diploma, expanding my skills even further.
On a personal note, I’ve used hypnotherapy myself, to boost my sports performance, support weight loss, and even help me get pregnant!

Your Part:
-
Complete a short questionnaire.

Have a relaxed 15-20 minute chat with me online (video or audio).

I will create a personalised script to help download new thoughts, feelings, and beliefs that align with your desired outcome—and then record your Personal Hypno Audio.

You’ll receive your hypno audio via a download link (sent through Google Drive or Dropbox). It’s approximately 12–14 minutes long, and you’ll listen to it at least five times a week, ideally during times when you can relax—such as just before sleep or upon waking.

Commit to the process for 21 days (but if at any point it doesn’t feel right for you, it’s absolutely fine to withdraw).

Keep a simple daily "Evidence Log" … I’ll explain how!

Create a simple and doable “Momentum Habit” that will compound over the 21 days …I ’ll explain this too!

Complete a short feedback questionnaire at the end of the 21-day period.

How My Approach is Different
Instead of a one-off office session, I create and record a personalised audio for you to listen to at home, in your own time and space, where you feel most comfortable.
This gives your subconscious mind the best environment to relax and absorb the suggestions deeply and consistently.
