Why I do this work
I’ve always been fascinated by the mind — how our thoughts, beliefs, and inner patterns shape every part of our lives, especially our relationship with food and our bodies.
That curiosity led me to work as a Life Coach, Performance Coach, and Weight Loss Consultant, helping people create change from the inside out.
Eventually, I knew it was time to take it further.
I completed a Diploma in Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy, giving me the tools to work directly with the subconscious mind — the place where real, lasting weight-loss change begins.
Now, I specialise in Weight-Loss Mind Coaching & Hypnotherapy, helping people shift the patterns that diets can’t touch.

I live in Palmerston North, New Zealand, and I’m all about creating a life that feels simple, connected, and aligned.

Hypnotherapy has been part of different stages of my life. It played a powerful role in my sporting success — helping me win seven World Masters Track Cycling Championships, succesfully helped me through fertility treatment, and later became the turning point in my own weight-loss journey when everything else had fallen short.
Each time, it shifted something deeper. And, funnily enough, I ended up writing my own
hypnotherapy scripts for the Hypnotherapist's I was working with — long before I ever
considered doing this professionally.
