​This is a topic I have wanted to write about for a long time. I’ve seen so many people struggle with their weight, as I had, feeling frustrated, disappointed, and stuck in the belief that change was almost impossible.

My own personal experience, including before-and-after photos

My past work as a weight loss consultant, supporting people through real-life challenges

My Diploma in Hypnotherapy, and learning of how the subconscious mind shapes habits, beliefs, and behaviour

Years of competitive cycling, which taught me about mindset, consistency, identity, and the power of belief.

Much of what’s in this book has lived in my head for a long time. Getting it written down was such an enjoyable process — and I truly believe this perspective can help people see weight loss in a completely new way.
